Back in the olden times, I had a couple of original EKs, one from Mass. and one from FL. I was happy to find the latest version by KA-BAR. The peasant knife makes a great EDC ::nod::

T-dog, I like the looks of your EK. It appears fairly light yet sturdy enough to handle any normal cutting task along the trail.

Thanks Q.S. ::handshake:: I am really happy with it, You are right, the spine is not too thick and that makes it very manageable to carry.

Hate to see this thread fizzle so here is a nice black one. Benchmade mini Osborne, G10 handles, ceracoted S30V steel. Blue liners really make it pop.
