Re: Lets see those Parker's
Yep, I have admired Parker folders for sometime now, cx, and the seller of the knife I posted claimed that the Secret Service man assigned to Reagan the day he was shot had it in his pocket as his EDC that day.
He also said he same S/S agent again had it in his pocket as he stood and watched the Twin Towers fall,
and since there's no way to prove/disprove that,
I'll believe that cool story!

Parker-IMAI K295 "TyrannoRatcliffe Rex" Lansky1 mod. I'm not a fan of the bone stag handle but this beast is built like a tank. Single back spring but I've never seen so many brass liners on one knife. It also snaps like a gator....or a T. Rex!

Always thought this Parker and the Lanny's clip were similar.

Your knives look fine, Joe, you sure seem to have a penchant for those big ole' clasp knives, huh, good for you!

Re: Lets see those Parker's
That’s one of the benefits of the Parkers, they’re not big. They’re about 4 1/8” closed versus maybe 5 1/4” for the more familiar standard clasp knife.

Really, Marco? I did not realize you were a stag man

I would think this Parker Bench Made is more your style (it's bigger than the Buzz Tail, too)

Re: Lets see those Parker's
It's not so much about the stag, ~Q~, but more about the overall shape of the knife, straight, clean, and cool. Truth be told, I'd prefer your knife with black micarta or pretty much any other smooth material for covers, and that's not a criticism of stag, simply a preference.
And your Parker definitely is my style also, just not to the same degree. Canada Customs actually has a copy of your Parker that was sent to me by Mark cuz the eBay seller wouldn't ship to Canada. They claim they could "flick" it open after starting it out with the stud, thus classing it as a gravity knife, but we all know the truth, that it went directly into that agent's personal collection.
Perhaps I should have chosen better words than "my perfect knife", "one of my favorites" may have been more accurate.
I like so many knives it's impossible keeping up with what I do and don't like!

Although I do like the single blade Trapper pattern, this one's all about the stag for me.

Just picked these 2 Parker-Edwards today. Matching set, number 321 out of ? Blades etched with Jim Parker signature and say CUSTOM BENCH MADE USA.
Today is a great day to buy another knife you don't need.

Good looking Parkers, JT, IMO Parker knives have a distinct look that, I for one can recognize immediately, and your knives have that look!
Also,
to AAPK!

Lets see those Parker's
This was actually the very first Parker I've ever had thru my collecting years, a very good friend just gave it to me day before yesterday. Love it, very good knife. One-arm pill buster, cut bone handle (?). Love learning about my knives. Thank you!
