A knife that I had to finish urgently and it shows. A man was waiting for him to butcher two pigs on Monday.
Steel Sandvik 14C28N, cypress handle.

That should do the job on 2 pigs. Looks great!

Well, apparently they started with the pigs today. This guy just sent me pictures.

The last one for this year. Nakiri vegetables knife. 14C28N steel, Buffalo horn and zebrano wood.

Wow, that is one nice chopper. Looks great and I'm sure it will function great.

I love the handle on your pig knife! It looks like such a comfortable handle, I want to pick it up and use it, and I don't even have 1 pig to butcher!

The handle on the Nakiri is very attractive. The horn bolster nicely offset the zebra wood handle. Excellent work, as usual!
