That's just the advertisers. I'll eventually take pictures of the plain all metal ones. The all metal knives may not bring as much money but I like them because they are low maintenance, worry free, and cheap. I also really love advertising and since they put the advertising on the cheapest knives most are all metal before the introduction of Celluloid and plastic.

So would I. It's all boxed up due to a complete lack of space and of course if the wife saw it all she would give me more grief than she already has.

I have an idea
Get a container ship to bring it over here, to my address, and I will keep it for you. When you come back with your wife, tell her, "this guy in PA is giving me a truckload of stuff"

That's a really good idea, Bret.
Robert - That really puts the punctuation marks on your signature, "I measure my collection by the ton."

IH, those are fabulous!
But, I just gotta say it: Those two "Dirty Dick's" are destined to be classics.

I don't have very many knives really. I've heard a tale of an Englishman with 10,000 knives around here somewhere. I know somebody beats me to death with their wallet on a regular basis at the auctions houses where I leave bids. I bet he doesn't like me because usually I don't lose by more than one bid so there isn't anyone else there running them up.

I'm really pleased with this Kershaw Silver Spur II (aluminum handles). Locks up perfectly, great action when unlocking and super snap on the blade. I was very concerned before I received it when I found it's only 3" closed but all that went away once I got it in hand. Great little knife. Thanks for the super deal Scott. I'm lovin' my Kershaws.

Here's a few all metal knives in my pile. The first knife is a sterling multi blade that was a wedding gift to the Best man at a wealthy Columbian wedding. That's my story and I'm sticking to it
