Harold and Dan what terrific knives.
Harold, I've never seen bolsters like that. That is pretty cool. I don't know that I've seen aluminum bolsters.
Maybe once in a picture some time ago.

Aluminum bolsters like that are common with pearl handled knives, but very uncommon with bone handles.

Beauties again Mike.Did you get those online? I am getting to buy that Remington from Dick B.Hope you're at the Queen Show.
Those old signs have a drawing power, in a time when political correctness probably was not coined.
I got one,not the best example of a farmers jack, but it is a KK.

Keen Kutter made that in a post card, not a poster. Some one has been printing them for years now.

I figured this belonged here with its Simmons lineage.
WM Enders Mfg Co St. Louis salesman sample.
Most likely made by Walden Knife Co.

I have an Enderes farmers jack. I think it was made by Utica, whatever that's worth.
Just asking ,but what is the tie to Keen Kutter. By the way, that jack is terrific.

Lyle, Enderes was a secondary Simmons brand.

Peanut is right on about that. They bought knives from Utica, Walden, and a Germany cutler. They were all run under the name "Oak Leaf". Not to shabby for a secondary brand either.

I just got it,yours is WM. Enders, mine is
Enderes!!
WM. Enders is entirely different than the
Enderes mark, not the same company. My knife was manufactured in Albert Lea ,Minn by Earnest Enderes .Goins says he had 3 factories there making tools, cutlery, etc.
That was tricky.
I wonder if WM. might have been related to Earnest?
That's a cool whittler up there.

Always learning something new on this site, thanks Lyle.
I added a few Keen Kutters to my collection recently. Most are stamped E.C. Simmons but two are stamped SHAPLEIGH HWD. CO. and a few are just stamped Keen Kutter. The copper bail knife is 4" but having seen other copper bailed knives before I thought maybe it might be bigger. Still a decent sized knife though. Picked up 2 old knife boxes too.

Good gravy Redrider, you can't post a pic that won't enlarge and leave us hangin' like this. Details man, we need details.
All kidding aside, I'd love to see some individual close up shots of that treasure trove.
