How much is gas where you live?

If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

Premium was $3.99 a gallon less than 2 weeks ago. ::mdm::

$3.499 a gallon here today at most places. Up a dollar a gallon from where it was before the last election. And up two dollars a gallon since November 2000. ::doh::

Down to $4.95/gal on the Big Island; it's been hovering right around $5.00 for the last 4 months, but it's still over $5.00 on O'ahu & Maui.

Where I live.... it's the equivalent of $8.30 per gallon, by today's Googled exchange rate.
That's just basic E10 fuel. The premium stuff is waaaaaaaay more... you don't even wanna know about diesel!!

Dan, you got it good! I should be so lucky! :x :x It is $4.80 per gallon in southern AZ... ::td:: I just came from Texas this week and filled up for $3.08 around Midland. All the way to Dallas unleaded could be bought for $3.15 to $3.29.

I'll tell you what ::paranoid:: feels like we is a getting screwed in a special friendly "Biden" kind'a way... (see on internet) " President Biden: 'We can't wait any longer' to address climate crisis. New executive orders will target federal subsidies for those industries and halt new oil and gas leases on federal lands and waters."

I isn't too smart but I reckon that means "less production" and to put it plainly... ::hmm:: Less production might could mean paying a few pennies (or maybe $3-$4 dollars MORE a gallon) in the not too near future... ::hmm::

Of course, if gas gets too expensive you'll spend $100,000 on electric car that you can charge for free at your house, or so they would like you to think. In the summertime in California you can't charge them at night time because there's too much draw on the grid and it causes blackouts. And this is the state that wants all new cars sold in it to be electric cars by 2030? I think that's the target date. They won't even have a grid that can support that many electric cars at the rate they are hemorrhaging people and high dollar businesses & industries!

Paid $3.79 per gallon yesterday in Salem at the Kroger station. Out on the freeway it's well over $4 a gallon. I think I saw $4.29 per gallon last weekend traveling to the Eugene Knife Show.

FJB is a puppet for the cartel. He was installed. It’s the “installers” who operate the strings that are ruining the country with the help of FJB. It’s $3.30/gallon here now but I believe it’s going to get way higher before the end of this year.

Good points, Dale! I don't have the money to spend on a new electric vehicle, much less the desire to own one. And California isn't the only state whose grid is in a bad way. The climate change wackos don't consider the bigger picture.
