Lots of great pictures and knives in this thread. I've been looking around for more pictures of Napanoch knives.
Here's a banana knife by Napanoch. It's 5 1/4 closed and the scales are a little darker than my phone pics although the pile side has a slight red tint to it. There are some opening/closing marks on the pile side of the blade due to the blade being slightly off center.
Great Napanoch ~ Love It.

Found the top portion of a Napanoch box , it's a little rough, but the pattern #8001 is for a tool kit knife.

~ Great Napanoch's ~ Love it.

Yesterday afternoon, my visit to the post office produced this pocket knife. It now becomes my latest example to be posted under this topic or thread. It also becomes the latest example to be added to my collection. It is a Ulery U11, one blade, 4" closed, two tang stamps, one handle stamp, hawkbill pruner, pattern or style of pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says, "Ulery (over) NEW YORK USA" The main blade back tang stamp says, "U11" The handle stamp is the patent stamp and it says, "PAT. (over) JAN-23-17 (over) U.S.A." This is my second Ulery U11 pocket knife. My other Ulery U11 was posted, under this topic or thread, back on Saturday, August 22, 2020. Per Goins, "ULERY NEW YORK USA. This marking was seen on an all-metal knife made on the Allen Cutlery Company patent. It was made by the Napanoch Knife Company about 1917-1919." Considering that these particular Ulery pocket knives do NOT make frequent appearances, I could NOT pass this one up. Needless to say, this Ulery U11 has suffered some blade loss. What remains of the blade, has a VERY CRISP half stop. Also, a finger removing, VERY NASTY, opening and closing snap. I gave it a cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is. The very last picture, from the NAPANOCH catalog, is of the various Ulery patterns.

"Allen Knives were made in Newburgh NY in fact they are the only knife company ever listed for being made in Newburgh. However there is a bit more to the story one of the principles who was involved with Allen was a fellow named Whitehead who had been a General manager with Walden Knife years earlier. Now this style of knife originally was made by the Eagle knife company and later after Allen by Walden knife as well as others. It was an inexpensive design and a take off of the old penny knife( using metal handles not wood. ). This knife under the same patent was made for the Ulery knife company (which was made by Napanoch). Later Winchester bought Napanoch, Walden and Eagle. Allen went out of business."

Think this was made for Jack Knife Ben Union Stock Yards Chicago by Winchester or Napanoch. Has always had a special place.

Very recently, my trip to the post office produced this pocket knife. It now becomes my latest example to be posted under this topic or thread. It also becomes the latest example to be added to my collection. It is a Ulery 11ESF, one blade, 3 1/2" closed, two tang stamps, one handle stamp, pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says, "Ulery (over) NEW YORK USA" The main blade back tang stamp says, "11ESF" The handle stamp is the patent stamp and it says, "PAT. (over) JAN-23-17 (over) U.S.A." This is my third Ulery pocket knife in this "ALLEN" pattern or style, but it is my first Ulery 11ESF pocket knife. My other two Ulery pocket knives, in this "ALLEN" pattern or style, were previously posted under this topic or thread. Per Goins, "ULERY NEW YORK USA. This marking was seen on an all-metal knife made on the Allen Cutlery Company patent. It was made by the Napanoch Knife Company about 1917-1919." Ulery pocket knives, in these "ALLEN" patterns or styles, do NOT make frequent appearances. The blade has a nice CRISP half stop, with a VERY GOOD opening and closing snap. I gave it a VERY minor cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is. The very last picture, from the NAPANOCH catalog, is of the various Ulery patterns.

That's a maker I've never owned, unless Napanoch made the Valley Forge banana trappers.

It has a lot of character, Dimitri.
I like the extended "U" in "SCOUT" on the shield.

Recently, this pocket knife arrived in a very large group or lot of pocket knives that I bought. This pocket knife now becomes my most recent example to be posted under this topic or thread. I did NOT buy the group or lot to obtain this particular pocket knife. But, as it turned out, this pocket knife is definitely a keeper and will be added to my general pocket knife collection. It is an Ulery, one blade, one tang stamp, 3 7/8" closed, pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says "Ulery (over) NEW YORK USA" This pocket knife is the main component in the pattern or model No. 602, tool kit. The tools that came with it are AWOL. Overall, this pocket knife is in VERY GOOD condition. It did need a bit of cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is. Picture #9 is of the tang stamp (much more legible) on the only other Ulery pocket knife that I have. Picture #10 is from my NAPANOCH catalog and it shows the complete, No. 602, Ulery tool kit.

This knife and the advertisement are very interesting to me. I just purchased an ulery tool kit and was told by the seller that it was made by Napanoch. He told me that the tang stamp identifies it as such. I’ve been collecting knives for a couple of years but am very new at collecting the vintage and antiques. Would love any input anybody might have regarding this kit.
The elephant toe is my only other Napanoch purchase.

I haven’t been buying much lately but couldn’t pass on this Napanoch. All steel hardware peened pins with plenty of original finish on the blades. Great snap both ways with half stops on both blades. That makes 3 Naps now. I’m very happy to have them

Checks every box. What a desirable knife. Congrats.
