The highest temperature my car said was-4. Came home and was going to make some guacamole to munch on and the onion was moldy so the Bride just went to Wally World to grab a fresh one. Everyone down south try and be safe. Everyone up north try and stay warm.

Temperatures have been dropping all day from high of 48°early this morning, with intermittent light rain. Currently raining and 36°. Supposed to be below freezing around 10 PM, with freezing rain and sleet. Not gonna be back above freezing until Tuesday afternoon, as low as 7° Monday. Unfortunately yours truly will have to be out in it chopping ice for cattle.

23⁰, mixed sleet and snow. 14 mph north wind. About an inch accumulation so far.

We've had nearly an inch of much needed rain and the temperature is 34º with north wind.

Like it or not, it's winter in Texas too!

Air Force issued back in '86. Still serviceable. I'll put 'em on for shoveling tomorrow. Expecting about a foot, wind chill around 3° here in South Jersey.

It is now 23º here in my back yard in P'ville. Not much wind and no rain. Church will be online tomorrow. Not real sure I know how to do that on the computer but hopefully the Bride can figure it out.

Good morning and it has just dropped down to 19º here. My weather station says it is still falling but no precipitation right now. The patio is covered with ice so we did get a little moisture of some sort during the night. I'm gonna have to wrap up pretty good in order to give the birds and tree rats some feed. I suspect they'll be anxious to get it this morning.

Gee Ray, I wish we could have your temperature. We are 40 degrees colder than that. I sure wouldn't trade you though with rain added to the mess. I'll take a couple feet of snow before freezing rain.____Dave

Here is what we had yesterday and what are current conditions are.

Steve, your dog looks like it’s wondering what you’re doing! And why?! Yesterday when I was out checking on the cows I had on insulated coveralls with a balaclava hoodie, a hat and gloves - no exposed skin except a slit for my eyes. Our big Akbash Dog wasn’t sure who I was, until I spoke to him!

It’s 12° with 16 mph North wind, but precipitation has stopped and the sun is trying to peek through. With everything covered in snow and ice, it’s really bright outside! I’m trying to get up courage to go check the cattle water tank again. Yesterday what little water there is in the creek is frozen solid.

Talked to my cousin who works the family farm in south Texas (near Corpus Christi). 32° there now, with low temp tomorrow morning supposed to be 25°. Rarely freezes there.

Ken, as soon as I can find where Chloe (our pup) hides her thumbs, she'll be out there shoveling right alongside me!

Nice, Steve. I was over-layered today but still managed a 4 miler looking for a Dunkin that was open. It was like walking in sand. I walked in the street most of the time, saw less than a dozen cars.

I don't mind the cold as long as there isn't any wind, or if I'm bundled up enough to keep the wind at bay.
