Not sure there is a proper name but it’s called “en crosse” named after the shepherd’s crook carried by bishops

Hi Gus
This is a classic “tourist” pattern, pretty popular back in the days. Based on the tools I’d say from the 70’s or early 80’s
It’s not a maker mark but more likely the name of a store or a promotional piece. Unfortunately I can’t give much information.
Nice piece however, after a bit of cleaning it will be a nice collector piece
