I believe that Bluegrass is still selling off the 1999/2000 Queen Winchester production run . At least the Winchester knives that they advertise for sale currently appear to be the same styles that they were selling in 2000 . They are great knives but they are quite pricey .

You can review the USA winchesters
at the Blue Grass Cutlery website.
http://www.bluegrasscutlery.com/bluegra ... index.html

Just because they don't make 'em like that anymore
doesn't mean you cain't find some new old stock.
Not sure if you can buy them direct from BGC as an
indiivdual or only as a delaer but a phone call should
answer that question.

Also Mike at CK.net has the BGC Winchesters in stock.
http://www.collectorknives.net/winchesterknives.html

I too have some knives made in other countries besides the USA.
But only intentional China made is a $7 Sheffield boxcutter.
The main difference in buying China products vs other countries
is China the only one poised to take over the world economy by
population growth as well as flooding us with cheap merchandise.
Each purchase is like a drop of water in the ocean, just add enough
drops and NY, London, and Tokyo will all be under water.
Kinda like if Antarctica polar ice melted, but different.

Have a NIZE DAY !!

That is correct. I talked to the Bluegrass Cutlery folks at the Blades show and they do have some of the Winchester patterns (mostly bullet, but a few buffalo heads) produced by Queen still for sale. And yes, they are expensive, but they offered me a discount on multiple knives. See www.bluegrasscutlery.com for more info (I have no affiliation, btw...just like their knives).
