Victorinox never made any specific tools for Pipes that I know of. They did make a cigar cutter/punch tool on a 74mm knife.

The Cuticle Pusher tool is found on a lot of Japanese made knives too. I see them on various stainless steel scaled slim gentleman's type knives.

for Christmas, I receive this model, not very common - this is a victorinox for cheeses ( a limited edition asked by the swiss cheese association) - handles are in frosted (?) horn
