The unusual one is the one that has a bone scale on one side and a jigged black comp on the other and it looks original.

That is an unusual one I forgot about that IKCO stamp inside a diamond.

I have a utility pattern with bone on one side and jigged black plastic on the other.

Possibly a salesman`s sample knife.

I know this is the Knife Lore Forum and the posting of Ebay auction items is frowned upon.
However, here is a link to a very nice Imperial that I suspect is marked, IKCO, although the seller doesn't show the tang stamp.

This is not my knife, it is not my auction and I have no interest in bidding.
But, from what I've seen here, some of you might.

The knife in the first link has the straight line tang stamp.

The knife in the second link has the early arched stamp.

Neither one has the IKCO in a rectangle stamp.

Both are very nice

Sorry. I thought his reference to a "square" stamp was a hint. I did not save and magnify the photos.
Did you look at his other auctions? Do so and scroll down toward the bottom and you'll see 8 or 10 more.

I think these qualify. The press button, small jack and letter opener I've had for awhile, the fish knife belonged to my grandfather, all the rest are recent purchases.

Anyone know anything about the Imperial Stainless with the Catskill Knife Co. stamp on the back?

Cool knife Paul, here's a Jack from 1930 to 36 stamp.
Green/Black solid cell.

Well I must confess Paul, I did clean the cell, bolsters and shield up a bit.

I find the Imperial/Catskill knife to be quit interesting, redrider!

It's a 1930's frame with what appears to be a 1950's blade!
Does the stamp have USA under Imperial Stainless?

Has anyone else ever seen the Catskill stamp before?
Could the Catskill Knife Co. New York have been a knife repair company???

Here is an IK CO I found in my collection.
It is missing a front pin, but otherwise is ok.

Pretty handles, IIRC this is called "goldstone", does any know for sure?

I have seen that handle material called "glitter stripe". It comes in quite a few varieties (red, blue, white, green stripes, etc.) This particular one seems to have two colors one of which is "goldstone".

Knifeaholic posted quite a few varieties of glitter stripe handles at the beginning of this thread, including one just like yours only with the stripes going horizontally instead of vertically.
