3 old folders:a George Woodhead pruner circa 1860;a Samuel robinson pruner about the same vintage and a un-marked huge folder that the blade has been replaced.
two views of an Edward K.Tryon 2 blade folder with beautiful thin stag scales and fancy bolsters.
two views of an old I*XL two blade jack that I use occasionally as an EDC
An I*XL whittler with unusually grained stag.
An old Manhattan Cutlery bowie in as-found condition.
Lastly a pre-1964 Puma White Hunter with unusual,"popcorn" stag scales.The other side matches beautifully.

Here is a set of handles off a Wostenholm. I wish the blade was in as good condition as the handles.

This is another set of the Henckels stag.
This is an 1800s folding Bowie that I have in my shop for repair.
The stag on this is very different than what we see today.

Dale - the stag on that riding Bowie looks very much like the stag used by Anton Wingen, Jr.

There is no name of the Bowie...
I am pretty sure is is from the last half of the 19th century & Wingen started in 1875, so it may have been made by Wingen.

KG, S-K and everyone else who's posted on this thread - WOW!! When I first signed onto this forum I could have cared less for stag, but my tastes sure have changed. Every piece of stag is different and have their own beauty. The really gnarly-knobby testures to the smooth pocket worn stuff. I've aquired a new taste for stag. Thanks everyone for showing what you have and helping to change my mind.

Some great Gnarly stag being shown. Got a couple gnarly but not that old and one older Kinfolks fixed blade.

Yes, it`s called natural beauty.

That is why we have jigged bone today, stag was getting harder and harder to find and people loved Stag, so they started jigging and dying the cattle bone to resemble Stag.

Jigged bone has a beauty all it`s own but, it is man made not natural.

Yes, I even have a knife or two with this stamp.

It is from the C. Johnson & Co. Sheffield England circa 1865-1955.

Wostenholm absorbed them in 1955, the tang stamp was used for many years afterward. I don`t know when or if they stopped using it.

I can tell you one thing your knife is pre 1910
