Ok guys I can see your playing hardball! i'm going to dig a few knives out to try and keep up. first up is this PH1. overall length 8 inches, blade 3 and 5/8. sold to me as a 'salesmens sample'. has 000 on the spine of the tang. Robert Clemente describes a PH1 being made in 2000-2001 called a EURO with narrow handles being produced for the European market. This seems to fit the bill but I have no other PH1 to compare to as I spent enough on this one!

This is a NAHC LB9. Not to hard to find. The presentation box I think is unique, I have not found another like it so far. the knife does not have a serial # on it which is not uncommon,i have seen a couple others without it. The paperwork with this one does not have the serial # filled in. Not sure what it all means.

Great knife Tim! Your right you don't see one of those everyday. Thanx for posting it here for us. I spotted a shaw-liebowitz PH1 on ebay 380585919843 heavy duty price tag! How long have you owned the 885?

Jay don't be discouraged, not everyone replies or has something to show, but with over 700 views I'd say there's a bit of interest
Here's an unusual Uncle Henry, a 707UH done for Ducks Unlimited Canada. After opening the case I realized I'd better get to polishing that brass!!

That seems like a relatively high serial # to me. The box and sheath are good indicators if you have them. Also the if it has "super sharp" etched on the blade, that narrows it down a bit. Post some pics I'm sure Dale,Eric or someone can dial in on it
