Although my bride and I will have only been married for 20 years this New Year's Eve we met in 1965 and were going to get married then.Things didn't work out then but we finally came to our senses in 1993. Strangely enough we knew we were made for each other the night we met.
In between I was married for 19 years to someone...........well let's just say that it wasn't the most amicable relationship.

The wife and I will have been hitched for 28 years, come August. But you guys go ahead, we will catch up with you.

Griz, my birthday is 9 March, I suspect a 10 March wedding was selected so I would not forget in years to follow.

Been following this thread and finally realized that Ms. Joy and I must be some of the old folks. If we live till the 8th of October we will have 47 years of "wedded bliss". I can truly say it has been a unique and wonderful ride!
