Just heard we're supposed to get 2-3" of snow tonight. Linnea said she heard on the TV that this will be the first measurable snowfall on Christmas Eve since 1962.

I have a feeling my heat bill is going to skyrocket this month. We have some more of that sub-zero crap headed this way.

Clear, no wind, big frost, 29 degrees in LA. About as close to a white Christmas as we ever get!

Here in central Wyoming, it's been in the low teens last few mornings, warming up to mid 30's due to the winds. The last snow we got is sticking around to make a white Christmas. The river is showing signs of thawing out again.

My furnace has run all night - currently 32 with a light rain. OH

I got a little snow and some white knuckle road conditions on the way home last night. I was down to 45 mph for a few miles because that little old truck is so light it scares me on slick roads. Got home to another inch of snow on the driveway. Bah. I'm sick of this stuff and winter has barely begun.

Only two months until baseball spring training. Can warmer weather be far behind?



Edit: If I find out Scott is responsible for all this nasty weather we're having, what with his Hoodo Voodo Cold Air Mass dances and all that malarky, that boy is going to be in a heap of trouble around this neck of the woods.

Got up to 50 degrees today but colder air is a comin.

Cold, heavy rain and wind gusts up to 70mph. It's been like this for a week and it's supposed to continue aside for the odd clear day between fronts. I'm starting to grow webbed feet and gills.

Between what we're getting (8" of snow and it's still coming down) and what y'all are getting, Hawaii is looking better all the time. Or maybe Aruba.

73 degrees and sunny. Should go down to 49 to night. West of LA.
