That's a beauty Glennbad I've seen several online lately with the same covers.

Here is my John Lloy Lanny’s Clip. 4 in closed and 52100 blade. Vintage Cummins Micarta Handles.

That is a great looking knife, like all the rest of his.
I have to ask what this means "Vintage Cummins Micarta Handles" . Is that in reference to the color? Because that orange/yellow is a Caterpillar color, and Cummins is generally silver or red.

The handle material came out of the Cummins diesel plant.

Hmmmm. One more thing to pursue.
I wonder what the purpose was? Are you talking about Cummings diesel?

The only use I can think of is older control boxes to dampen vibration...

John LLoyd is known to have the best supply of top grade knife handle material of any USA knife maker. The workmanship on his knives has improved greatly in the last ~3 years. Now his blade grinds are thin with even taper and action is smooth. His recent work is right up there with knife makers who charge twice or more as much. And he makes a wide variety of Jack patterns, many of which other makers do not do.

Beautiful Lannys Justin, Lloyd does have top grade stag and he can jig bone with the best.

Rob, great looking Knife my friend. John builds a heck of a knife no matter the pattern. You should be proud of that one.

John Lloyd deserves a big dose of gratitude from us knife lovers. He makes attractive strong precise knives with some of the very best handles and charges a modest amount. He obviously is not doing this for the money or his prices would be about 50% higher. He makes them so that the average guy can carry a well made custom knife. Vince M. who is a good friend told me this.

Very very nice. These are well built Knives. I have carried my Stag Lannys clip everyday since receiving it in December and I can tell you it’s a real workhorse. Holds a very Keen edge. John does amazing work. He is also a top notch Guy. He will go out of his way to accommodate you in every aspect. Congratulations on your Lloyd. I’m sure this won’t be your last.
