I'm with you Mike on the 92 but my most carried jack is the Gunstock.

Close Mike ::nod:: that one is a SS Marlin 60,it still adds up to 100% :)

Well collecting is one thing -- if i were to do it again i would TRY to "specialize" in one maker or two and maybe one design or two and maybe one type of scale material or two -- and on and on it can go. You can always try different combinations of characteristics as time goes on. I would certainly love to have some early Cattaraugus and KaBar jacks right now! Everyone is mentioning some great makers in their posts. One thing i would say that hasn't already been said much, is size. I prefer the large size of any maker as a working knife. If the handle is too small you can really cramp your style! Thanks for provoking all the responses. ::tu:: ::handshake::

No Mike I wish it did mine is from the 80's she runs very good clean.I compete with the 60 over my 50th anaversary 10-22,but my tac driver is a Marlin model 25 which is a bolt..Thanx Colonel ::handshake:: you gut that right ,she is my go to for squirrel and rabbits :)Ya do have to like the fact that the Buck 110 and the 10-22 celebrate there 50th together.Two icons 8)

I'm with you Jerry....serpentine frame, and specifically 3-5/16". I love the Schrade 233"s and their descendants. Here's a little Herman Williams goodness.

Nice jacks everyone, pretty much like all jacks but the 2 that really do it for me is any jack with a sheepsfoot main and the jumbo jacks,over 4".
