Looks as if eBay will resolve the dilemma recently discussed in this thread.

Bidder's I.D.'s will now be hidden on all auctions, until it's over. Then, only the winning bidder's I.D. wil be visable.

This is supposed to increase security for buyers, but I'd bet there'll be a big increase in shills as well. As the 'bay grows, every solution to a problem seems to create new problems. I wonder if it will ever suffocate under it's own weight ?

I don't think it will Fran. As many problems as Ebay has, it is still the best place to buy or sell almost anything in the world without ever leaving the house. Too many people love that convience and will continue to use them no matter what. Just my 10 cents.
