All About Pocket Knives

I had a couple of those back when I smoke, never actually used one except to experiment with with it., best I remember someone gifted them to me. Done my tamping with my thumb, bowl scraping with whatever small knife blade I was tote'n at the time, generally toted at least 1 Barlow back then, and pipe cleaner for the stem.
I inhaled everything I smoked, couldn't ever really understand the the addiction of people that just puffed on them, although some folks I knew were hooked worse than I was or at least had a harder time kicking the habit.
Sure glad I kicked the tobacco habit, soon to be 35 years ago.

For me, it will be 26 years ago next April. My daughter was pregnant with my first grandchild and I thought if I ever want to hear my grandchildren call me grandpa, I better quit this shirt. Called my doctor and had them send a prescription for the patch to the nearest pharmacy. Slapped that patch on and never looked back. Easiest time I had for all the times I had quit before. I always tell folks, that to quit, you need a really good personal reason. This from a guy who smoked everything from corn silks, grape vines to mary-ja-wanna.
