Cudgee! I too thought I didn't care much for EZO's, but then I got one and all that changed. I got this 9" beauty from Mark at SSk, and he has another in his store, albeit not an EZO. Marco my friend, only you could find an EO that could slice a watermelon in half with one swipe! All I can think of is the quote, "that's not a knife, this is a knife"!!! Good one buddy! When I bought that EZO from Mark I didn't know how big it was, 
but I really liked the pattern so I got it, and when it arrived the nice big size was just a bonus. I'll have to give the watermelon trick a shot to see if it works!

When I was doing the post I originally thought I could direct you to where you could get one for yourself, but then I remembered the one in Mark' store is the exact same knife as mine but NOT an EZO. There's lots to be found though, just gotta keep searching. BTW, I am fully schooled on folks with addictions, I've been a friend of "Bill W." since February 18th, 1986! Have a great weekend!
