Boji I noticed the same thing and wondered if something was changing about them.

I agree with you and that is why I was very selective in the ones I'm watching and may on bid on later.

I have been a participant of his Auctions for many years and many knives later. I had a problem with a really nice Gerber folder, one time. Contacted them and everything was taken care of, and very promptly.

On a side note..., can someone tell me what the code is in parentheses at the end of the descriptions (ie: RWTN, WGTN, WCVA, etc.)? Some kind of internal code?

All his knives are auctioned on consignment. My guess is that the letters are the consignors.

The auction just closed for me and I won 4 out of 7 knives I was bidding on.
They should be in the mail in a few days. I can't believe some of the crazy prices some knives sold for, I even spent more
per knife than I would have in an antique store or pawn shop. I'm happy though and they will be fine additions to my collect.

Too late for me, and pricy. ::mdm:: I do like the fact there's no buyer's premium added if you pay by check.

I liked that black and white Shapleigh, but I didn't bid. It seems auctions are not what I called auction anymore .

There's a 10% buyers premium on all items.

Actually John I think you meant to say that theres a 13% buyers premium, reduced to 10% if you pay by check or PayPal within 7 days from invoice. That’s been a long term policy of Bruce’s. Don’t mean to be a buttinsky but I’ve had my fair share of transactions with Bruce.
