Here are the latest ones I've finished. When it comes to portraits....practice....practice.....practice.
The train is going to a young grandkid of my brother's and I just felt I needed to do the soldiers
memorial over again with the flag.

Very nice, David, I had missed this post until now. I really like that first one! If you struggle with portraits, it certainly doesn't show.

Here are a few I just finished today.
I gave the first one to my granddaughter, she is in a college dorm without her cat.
Cheryl has already got me started on Christmas decorations and ornaments.
The last one is a work in progress.

I've still managed to get some wood burning done in the evenings.

I did the cardinals to add to Cheryl's Christmas decorations this year.
The silhouette town and mountains I used a template for the town and freehanded the rest.
I was in a cowboy mood so I did the cowboy and cowgirl as a pair and then the second cowgirl.

Here are a couple more snow globs, another version of my snowmen, a wall sign
and the most favorite one I've done the Great Horned Owl.

Finished this one for my wife to hang above one of her Christmas villages.
. Had the technician that services my oxygen concentrator come by last week
and he saw several pieces of my work. He told me his mother loves Elvis and
could I do something he could give her. So here is what I came up with and
he hasn't seen it yet.

I like doing the animals but lately the ladies have been
wanting the flowers.

Don't know if anyone is even seeing these but I'll keep on posting them.

Just a couple more. The barn is from an picture Cheryl had and it was built on the family homestead after the land run of September 16, 1893 was known as the Cherokee Strip Land Run.
