L@@king forward to seeing your shop! Woodworking has always been something I like to do, when time allows.
Well photography is not one of my talents Tony but here are a few pic's of my work area in the garage. Wish I had a separate building but that's not happening any time soon. I don't do a lot of wood working on large pieces so I don't need the big table saw, router and other big tools.

David, your work area is immaculate and verrry well organized! Big screen and an old school radio ... looks like a great place to
relax and enjoy doing those beautiful burnings! Many

My shop is in the garage also, but it is a separate building.
My alarm system lets me know when the wife is coming out of the house for a visit

or to tell me it's time to come in the house.

I have seen some pictures in different threads of Member's work areas/shops where they work on knives, etc.
Additionally there may be some, like me, that have not figured out what retirement means at 69 years young.
Thought this may make an interesting topic, seeing we all have different occupational backgrounds and hobbies other than knives.
If you want to show off your knife work area, work shop, hobby area, or where you are still laboring in a trade, profession, or business,
please post!
Here are a few pics of my humble little knife/sporting goods store and boat, furniture, and motorcycle upholstery shop.
I will post more pics later ... these photos are mostly the store part in one corner, also showing my sewing machine, bow press,
and upholstery swatch board. As you can see, I make every foot of space count for something.
Sweet set up Tony, Wish you were my neighbor.
Harold
Appreciate it Harold!

My neighbor spends a lot of time in the shop, and volunteers to help with the upholstery.
Though he doesn't ask for anything, I compensate him with knives ... he loves it!

Good stuff, Roger! At first, I thought you had a wanted poster hanging up, but I looked a little closer and see it is just some old guy holding a baby.

No sir.
I am a retired fire captain.
I also owned a fire protection company as a part time job on the side.
That company grew so fast that I sold out to a larger company. I retired from the fire department in 2018.
My company sold and serviced fire extinguishers and other fire and safety equipment.

You have an awesome collection of vintage equipment. I hear that old school, warm sound looking at your Cave.
Thanks for sharing! Many
I am the sound man at our church, and love that old sound. We used to run a PreSonus digital board, but about 3 years ago
switched to a SoundCraft Analog. What a difference! At rehearsal tonight, I will take some pics of our setup.

Wow! I haven't heard of anyone going back to analog. That's impressive! I love it. I was in the audio industry for 30 years+.
I really love music, and the toys that make it. The old gear is just special. It was built like a tank, and sounds great, and
looks fantastic! Thanks again!
