A Western L77 Commando that maybe was there and done that. We will never know. Can still see it was the blued blade version. Aluminum pommel not drilled for lanyard. I have seen at least 3 pommel variants, two aluminum (with hole and without) and the later composite pommel. Blades either blued or bright.

Quick story about the first one of these I ever came across, I was several hours away from home, stopped into a junk shop and seen one in a display case. No sheath but the knife was in excellent condition priced at $25

Still looking to add the comp pommel variety to my small pile. I do have a L-76 which is the center piece of my commando knife collection. I agree super knives. I never owned a Richtig fighter. Lots of kitchen knives and a few hunting knives. Always seemed to be someone that liked em better than I did so found new home.
