Been awhile since I had a Guinness Stout...Mmmmmm, you're making me thirsty, edge!
Spending all my money on knives means that sometimes I have to drink budget beer (whatever's on sale for the best price). Today I picked up a Red Hook Hoppy IPA variety pack (I can practically hear 1967redrider gagging, sputtering and choking at the very mention of IPA...but, I like it...and it was on sale!)

IPA isn't my thing, either. Early in my enlistment, I tried Guinness, and didn't like it at all. Since my tastes have since swung around, I need to revisit Guinness.

Kua Bay IPA today "With its piney hopinesss and subtle caramel malt" brewed within just a few miles of where I live...Mmmmmm, my favorite IPA.

Best beer I've ever tasted is a Spotted Pig Bitter brewed by Brooklyn Brewery. If visiting NYC, stop by The Breslin in Midtown for one and you'll see why.
