$2.99 when I left for work this morning.
$3.19 when I got home this afternoon.

Southern California.
$3.99 at Costco. The local Costco has 30 pump positions (15 double sided)! That' great, no lines.

Saw $5.49 at a Mobil just a few miles away and surprising number buying at the Mobil.

Prices are for Regular.

Here is what today's prices look like in the Denton and Ponder area.

Inland Empire Area of Southern California (~60 miles inland, about halfway between Los Angeles and Palm Springs along I-10)

Costco $3.99
Stars $4.09
7-Eleven $4.59
Chevron $4.89

These stations are all within a quarter mile of each other. At the Chevron prices, you'd think they'd bring out a complimentary slushie while you fueled your pickup.

It's come down 3 times since my 4/2 post.
From $3.19 to $3.11 to $3.07, now $3.05

Noticed $2.89 @ the neighborhood privately owned farm supply this morning.

According to gas buddy Dodge convenient store is $2.289 BJ's is $2.309 as well as Cosco and Sam's club.

Regular unleaded here today is $2.56.

I've never seen it drop that fast!
28 cents in less than 3 weeks.

$4.53 at most local stations, $3.99 at the Costco in Kona.

$2.56 for 87 octane on a barrier island in NC

Between $2.59 and $2.83 for 87 octane here in the Ponder area.

I saw $2.93 yesterday....I was like...WOWZUH!!!

$2.59 for regular.
In Texas the lowest is $2.19 with the state average $2.68.
