That is one fine lookin' bean there Wosey
I would like to see the process by which they cut that bone into such a canoe-like shape without cracking it...you'd think they'd lose a few in the process...

It's a beaute, Mike
Looks like it is one of the Orange Curly Zebrawood introduced in 2007 IIRC.
Reckon the trapperlock was added later.

A lot of really good knife photography on this post.
Most of the pictures coming out so good is because of the way the knives are photographed.
The subject. The lighting. The background and of coarse the person behind the camera.
But the type of camera also plays a big role in how a picture comes out.
So lets see the camera you are using to get these fantastic shots.
Also let us know some tips on how you get such excellent pictures.
I used to use one of the first Sony Cyber shots but the camera sometimes doesn't operate properly.
So I purchased a new Nikon 1- J 1.
It is a fully automatic but can also become fully manual too.
So many settings that I don't think I'll ever use them all.
I am no where as good as some of you on this post but I'm learning.

I use an iPhone 5 and take many many shots. I throw away about 98% of them. The keepers are usually taken in indirect light, either foggy, in the shade, or even in my shadow. Direct sun often creates shadows that interfere with the lines of the knife. I also find that framing the knife on a diagonal seems to produce some of the more appealing shots. I also often copy other peoples compositions, there are many great photos on these sites, and wood backgrounds often produce interesting results. I had zero photographic experience before iPhone.

A friend told me a few years ago, "The iPhone is a great camera but it's not worth a sh... er uh hoot as a phone." That was in 2010, do you think it's still true?
