Great pictures of some great knives here, guys.
Speaking of stag and cameras ............. here's my entry.
The knife is a "Johnson" from England, I guess. I don't quite get the stamp. Strong spring with a half stop.
One reason I like this camera is it takes very close macro shots. It will take, in focus, dust on the lenz.

Nice Lambs Foot Knife.
What does the tang stamp read? "Just Johnson"
Many Johnson's who made knives in England way back when.....

Ya know, I really don't mind getting older, I really don't. I just wish my brain would keep working; that would be nice.
Here I am, bragging about the ....................
JW, thank you. Here are close ups of the stamps.

Your knife was made by Christopher Johnson & Co.
Your knife is an antique I'm sure and over a hundred years old.

FRJ: Fine photos of beautiful stag. Thank you for showing your camera. I wish other of our fine photographers would do the same.

Thanks, JW.
Where did you get that information?
I always thought the knife was old, but as we all know, it's hard to put dates on these things.

I got it here:

If I'm wrong and it isn't an antique then it's sure vintage.....
