Came across a kutmaster girl scout knife today, any ideas on value, all parts were there blades looked good ? no price was on it and owner was'nt around.

Here's a shot of my first Kinfolks. Model # 9361. Went to the local Lion's club fall gun show this morning, did a little horse trading, and the knife was mine! Haven't seemed to cross paths with one before, the trading went well, they were happy, I was certainly happy. That chunk of leather it's lying on is destined to become the sheath for this knife. Got home and got to work putting an edge on it, it took real fine! Bull

I picked up this nice little ( 3 inch ) Camillus " Sword Brand " this past weekend. Simulated pearl scales, full bolsters, half-sunk joints. The main spear blade has the Sword Brand tang stamp, the pen blade has a 4 line camillus cutlery co. stamp. Great snap and half stop. Very nice little pen knife. Bull

Picked up this 4" colonial prov. usa jack. It was a random advertiser but some sand paper brought it back to stock. Brass pinned (delrin i guess) scales, not a typical shell, steel liners. After checking the pat.(c.1967), i found that they used a unique style to attach the bolsters that i had not been aware of. It took a mean edge (carbon steel) and will get pocket time for sure.

Cutty, that is a nice pair of finds - the Case is especially fine. Bull, nice fixed blade, found a fixed blade myself today - modern Buck 119 (1997) in a pawnshop - been needing one of these since I saw the Crocodile Dundee re-run again last weekend (now this is a knife!). OH

New but thought I would post and get to know everyone and share, this is one that is a treasure to me I thought It was lost belonged to my great grandfather I know the history and the life, I have 3 more but newer (2 1970s models one his dad bought for him and my dads but his has an extra etch number 0225 pattern/ prototype number i think its a single blade can post pic for those who want to see) from what I know its around 1940s bone handle only stamping is the case xx as pics show.

krayzzpat, That is a real prize! I really love the big folding hunter type knives, but to have one that belonged to a great granfather is really special. Would be great to see the other knives you mentioned. By the way, Welcome to AAPK. Treefarmer

The folding hunter in the pic you posted dates 1940-1964.

Cool finds! Thanks for posting that patent info, I found that interesting. Did you notice the name of the law firm that filed for them? Attorneys Barlow & Barlow!

krayzzpat - welcome to AAPK - nice knife, especially with it being a family legacy! Looks like it is turning into a Buck week for me, found this 309 today, in excellent condition out of a collection of knives all dated 1979 - 1981. I guess that is as as good a date guess as any for a Buck/Camillus 309. OH

TO Old Hunter this is one of the few bucks I own, I mostly have case and Remingtons but Wife bought it for me for my birthday its a Doris Yazzie Buck 105g.

Pat, your wife did you well with that one - a beautiful Buck if I have ever seen one - bet you don't skin deer with it! OH

Treefarmer these are the other ones I have the newer 2 blade is my grandfathers, and the single was my dads(number is 0225), which he gave to me before he passed away. The single blade as you see has a number stamped on it but now sure really what those mean I have 2 others that have those kind of numbers. (Never said I knew it all heheh and I am 40 now started when i was a kid collecting). These were all used for hunting and have done ALOT of skinning and gutting for as long as I can remember, I have since retired them becuse of the value of them.
