At work I'm on W.C. lite-duty so they have me rigging for switchgear lifts so today I was at my local pawn shop and low and behold there was a Buck 315 ten bucks out the door

dogg -- You stole that Buck Riggers knife. The 315s seldom go for less than $30 in working condition and usually go in the $40-$70 range with some going as high as $90. It all depends on the year and condition of course.




Trevor -- Welcome to the fold. You're stuck now Bub. They're like potato chips, you can't have just one. Even though that tang stamp is normally accepted as being from '60-'76, yours appears to be from the '50s or very early '60s. That black composite was discontinued in favor of Delrin sometime in the early to mid '60s.

Appreciate that info Jerry........I had one of these in the past and had sent it for re-handle and never got it back.
Always been wanting another and this one seemed OK.

Thanx guys Jerry I did not realize they were worth that much I know this is the first one I've seen I've got her soaking in WD-40 getting her ready to report to work on Monday

Here are 3 of 6 I managed to pick up this Friday past at a local estate sale. From top to bottom; Kutmaster serpentine jack, still with factory edge, Stewart's Hand Made, 8 inch skinner, and the bottom is a Case XX barehead jack, mdl# 32024 1/2. The other 3 are a Lipic (safety award from Int. Paper) a Colonial Pen, and a Hammer Brand Texas toothpick 2 blade jack ( 2 1/2 inches ). Good knife sale, good sale all around ( you should see the score I made on a couple of spinning reels on half price day!! ) Bull

Just won the first 2 on eBay but don't have the knives yet just the pics.The third one is from Dead would knives.The fourth one is from eBay "Kepadad"a great eBayer and I do have it.
