This knife I have with me today is an Italian made M. Fraraccio 11 1/2" oal slip-joint/SS spear-point blade with n/n, SS bolsters liners pins and bail, and black ABS covers. A respectable weight of 4.5 oz.'s, and dangerously sharp. Has an M.Fraraccio and logo deep stamp on the front tang and both sides of the bolsters. The walk on this piece is the strongest I've ever felt, and you'd better get your fingers out of the way when it talks. A big, solid user! One of 6 different styles and length I purchased through ebay!

Goes with the territory, I don't mind a cut once in awhile as long as I don't have to get stitches.

This knife today brings me plenty of comfort and pleasure every time I handle it! It's my Exiled Cutlery 10 3/4" oal picklock stiletto/4mm SS modified bayonet blade, solid NS satin-finished bolsters, NS button with crossed bones and skull engraving, SS liners, brass pins, 4mm 1-piece backs-spring, adjustable pivot, and Zebrawood covers. A hefty weight of about 10 oz.'s, and not overly sharp due to this being a stabbing knife as opposed to a cutting knife. Marked only with the ECC logo of crossed cutlasses beneath a skull etched on the front blade. Built in the USA from the ground up by Rueben "Chad" Blades! This baby fires hard and fast, and locks-up tight every time. Just a magnificent stiletto!

Thanks Mark! You've commented on those Zebrawood covers before, so I knew you liked them. I forgot to rub them down with WD-40 prior to taking the pics, but after I do they take on a beautiful sheen and are really eye-popping! Even non-auto collectors, such as yourself, appreciate the beauty of this knife! Like Sam said, it's a keeper!

This comfortable little folder was likely built in China, was ordered from France, and bears USA markings, so it's true origins are a mystery to me, but it's gonna hang with me today! It's a 7" oal forward lockback/SS clip-point blade minus a n/n so pinch opening, SS satin-finished bolsters, SS liners, brass pins and lanyard tube, and faux stag covers. Fairly light at about 3 oz.'s, and came sharpened. Covered in "Columbia U*S*A SABER" markings. Fits my hand as if it was built just for me!

This 9 1/8" oal linerlock is my comfort knife today guys! It's a C. Jul Herbertz folder/440C SS spear-point blade with stud, SS liners screws and adjustable pivot, lanyard hole, and jet-black G-10 stepped covers. Weighs about 5 oz.'s, and arrived so sharp that I immediately cut myself. Bears Herbertz logo and markings. A sturdy, well-built knife that cost me all of CDN$17. delivered!

Thanks Sam! My tastes in knives seem to wander all over the place, although, I always come back to the stilettos. I just like straight, clean lines on a knife, that's why I've never cared for safeties and pocket-clips. Our tastes must be very similar, because you always have a positive comment for the models I post. Nice to know there's at least one person besides myself that likes em' that way. Since you never post any pics I'm assuming you're not set-up to do so, right?

I hear ya man! I've only had a laptop for about 18 months, and I'm 68 years young, so I started very late. I had to go, and still do occasionally, to my neighbor who knows computers, to find out how to post pics. It's very easy, but you need to know the process correctly. About 4 years ago I signed-up for a mobile phone plan cuz they gave you the phone free, but after not being able to figure out how to even make a phone call, I returned it the next day. I suppose I should have made a better effort to figure it out, but I didn't, and I don't miss having one at all. I have my landline, laptop, and smart TV and those work just fine for me!

As long as it's working for you that's all that matters. Kinda wish I could do a little more with the phone but I know enough to get me by. Besides that I'm on it enough the way it is!

I’m in the same boat as the OP. I’m 67 and a recent Stomach Cancer survivor. I lost a lot of weight duringChemo then Radiation. So while recovering and trying to put some weight on and doing light excercise I spend a lot of time paracording and doing some leather working. I also keep a few knives (all traditional) on the table next to my Lazyboy. It gives me something to fiddle with when watching the tube.

This isn't my knife, but I sure do enjoy playing with it.
