Right up my alley is correct ... but not a dead end alley. Those push daggers just have that S.A.T.T. (Something About Them Thing) going on ... know you know what I mean. Excellent dagger ... thanks for posting!

We are getting back to normal around here since the storm except for travel being re-routed. Have some main roads washed completely out, but I know a lot of back roads, and can scout for deer while on them, which is also right up my alley. Many thanks for the mention!

CxIII, thanks for the up-date and good to hear you have docked the boat... for now at least. Stay dry brother and let me know if you come across this deer while you are scouting around for them. 'Ol Marco let get him get away a while back (over-shot, as he is prone to do ).

The knife is 9" with a 154CM needle-point blade minus a N/N since it features a rotary-lock system for opening/closing, SS 2-piece frame that also acts as the liners, pocket-clip, lanyard bracket, and checkered cocobolo covers secured with screws.

Marco, Wow! very nice pick-up you have there .... who is the maker? the maker's mark is not clear. I don't the name in the post.

Well, the model is a Lone Wolf Paul Series "Defender", and seeing as Gerber makes the Paul Series I'd have to say that Gerber is the maker.

I have never been a fan of push-daggers mostly because I couldn't find a purpose for them, but there's S.A.T.T. that really catches my eye. I see yours has a concave blade on the front and a flat blade on the back, and that's the configuration we were discussing recently about daggers. I guess it's there for the same reason we decided, which was to improve withdrawal from flesh, and that's all I can come up with for a push-dagger's purpose.

This is another grail knife for me TopDog. Classic Al Mar "Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Evasion" .... tactical at it's best!

Comfort at it's utmost, Dog, I have long admired their "SERE" models, just a bit rich for me though, until now anyway!

No way! Those knives are way too expensive!" ... Back then they were a steal compared to now...

Thanks Marco, I've had a lot of strange dreams Latey and after waking up ... I feel so "drained" as if my batteries just aren't charging ... .... Someone I met offered me a pill to take .... but I'm not sure which one would help the most ....
