I can't really tell you about your knife. It looks like a Case knife which has had the leather washers in the handle replaced with lexan and also has had the guard replaced. If you post it in "knife related Q & A" I am sure you would get more replies.
Also, welcome to the forum. Does not look like the original sheath as well.

Great looking knives fellas!

Well I saved up my pennies and was finally able to purchase one of these beautiful Northwoods knives made by GEC! This one is the bullet jack in dark cocobolo. It is small at only 3" closed, but extremely stout, with a solid half stop as well.

I took it along on a trek into the woods today and posed it for some glamour shots before it starts getting some serious pocket time.
Also had the Northfield watchpocket sunfish along, in antique amber bone, which has been in my pocket everyday for about the last month. Starting to develop some nice character I think..
There is just something about these 3" GEC knives built ont the 25 frame..they are so pocket friendly, yet so sturdy. Best of both worlds.

Tim___that "Wharnie" is the latest release from GEC--- #47 pattern, 3 3/4 inch--- African Blackwood,called "'VIPER" ----a larger version of the Case SwayBack Gent--- I got a couple of this pattern-- Stag & the Blackwood__the pull on the Stag is ""nail-breaker"" __the Blackwood is about like a #73 Scout

Something different..........

Today we finally got a little of the snow the north east has been getting. More snow than my little pickup can handle, so I'm stuck inside with doll house furniture, knives and a camera. What's a guy to do? The pocket knife is 3 1/2" long and the French knife has a 8" blade. I made the furniture about 20 years ago.
