It's a VICTORINOX florist pocket knife. It measures 4" closed and 6 3/8" open. It's in VERY good condition. It didn't need any cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Be very, very careful. Those suckers will cut you just from looking at them. Was carrying one a few years ago & cut some pizza with it. Wiped the pizza mung off the blade with a napkin. Thought I was being careful but came away bloody anyway.

Very nice John. ::tu:: ::tu:: I'm a sucker for Alox and been eyeballing the Orange ones. Not decided yet. I'm still stuck on the Silvers and Reds.

But anyway, I received this one today from that Jungle store on the interweb. Why????? ::shrug::...... I don't know, ::facepalm::.... I just like SAKs and Alox. It's a 3-3/8 single blade single tool Officier Suisse. Plus, I figured it will make a good companion with my other large single blade I ordered out of the bay over a week ago that hasn't gotten here yet because I didn't pay attention to see where it was coming from.........Switzerland. ::dang::

Here is the one I got today.

I've always related myself to a Magpie. They're related to Crows. A Parliament of Magpies. A Murder of Crows.

But I just found out I've been wrong all these years.
Wikipedia:
"Magpies do not steal trinkets and are positively scared of shiny objects, according to new research. The study appears to refute the myth of the β€œthieving magpie”, which pervades European folklore. It is widely believed that magpies have a compulsive urge to steal sparkly things for their nests."
