Thanks DesertSnake! It is not stainless, but does not rust easily. It is a mystery steel I think it is carbon with chromium and vanadium.
I can see why you call your knife a pistachio destroyer.

Great topic! My near-perfect, desk/comfort knife choice is my Victorinox Executive. I regularly use the orange peeler blade! Besides that it has just enough blades and hand tools to complete most of my “recliner-based” tasks!

Small world! Hahira is bustling at the moment with a good deal of development and commercial investment. The small town feel is slowly disappearing around these parts!
