My understanding is that they overused him last year, and he ended up with some physical health problems (not from being overused, just injuries). They seems to be trying to keep him fresher so he will hopefully last the year. Last year, he was mostly a nonfactor in the playoffs. A healthy Todd Gurley may have won them the superbowl...

yeah heard the same thing but really? Jim Brown, Walter Peyton Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith were used and abused. I think he's scared.

The Los Angeles Rams were unable to hold off the visiting Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a Week 4 shootout, and now many are questioning the logic behind some of Sean McVay’s decisions in the losing effort. Jared Goff was asked to throw the ball a career-high 68 times, while Rams’ RB Todd Gurley only rushed five times, a career-low, despite showing some burst.
I know, right....amkes no sense to me....5 carries? What the heck is that? Fire the coach or the player.......

AUBURN and Florida today in the Swamp! Should be a real barn burner. This is an old rivalry that hasn't been played since 2007. GO TIGERS!

Going out on a limb here and saying Georgia will take home the hardware. I just can't believe Bama can pull off another win against them dogs.

But would love to see GA win

I really don’t follow college ball like I used to so don’t bet on my predictions

Firstly, it wasn’t luck in the SEC game, but I agree, it will be difficult to beat Georgia again They will be motivated and they played excellently against Michigan.

Won’t keep me from rooting for Alabama, though.

What a GREAT Rose Bowl game to watch. Both teams deserved the win, but Ohio State pulled it out. That game was exciting from the get go...both teams doing the back & forth touch downs all the way to the last seconds of the game. Some of those pass plays were unbelievable and really showed the athletic skills on both teams. That Njigba young man had miracle hands pulling down some of those passes.

Congrats to Ohio! ::tu::

Agreed.

Congratulations to all that won their games.

And thankfully, no one, of which I am aware, was seriously hurt. Even Matt Carale from Ole Miss, is apparently okay.

Well who’d a thunk it? Texas teams are going to be playing in the conference championships of the SEC and the ACC. But not the Big 12. What’s the world coming to!? ::sotb::

Steelers looked pathetic on offense, although their defense kept them in it and they had a chance to win at the end. Steelers are backing into the playoffs with 4 straight losses. Bengals could be a very dangerous team in the playoffs, after starting 4-8. They will need help today to get in though.

After today we will know who the Superbowl teams will be. Unfortunately it is on Fox, so we will have to endure another Tom Brady hype advertising blitz for the next 2 weeks.

Go Birds!
Not a fan of Brady as a broadcaster; then again, I wasn't crazy about Jon Gruden his first year. He really improved his second year and i really came to enjoy him calling a game. Missed him when he left the booth.
Maybe Brady will come around. Who knows?

Would like to see the Bills dethrone the Chiefs. Then again, to witness the history of a three-peat...
I really just hope for good, hard fought, close exciting games.

We have a high school alum on the Buffalo Bills, Ty Johnson, I graduated with his mother. So we would like to see him play in and win the big game. Representing Fort Hill, Cumberland, MD.
