Full 1983 Schrade Heritage Series in Red Bone in original factory display box with display box instructions and even a retail price strip. All of the knives are minty mint of course. The box has some storage marks.
Sorry but the picture isn't that great...It is almost 9:00 PM and didn't have the energy or desire to take a better one.

A major in Wolfies and a minor in Schrade. Or maybe the other way around.
Shhhh...don't let Russ & Eric hear.
They are beauties, especially the Eglish Jack.
Fran
Mark really has some nice looking Schrade examples, very nice too see them!
I guess next time Eric Fran and I go to a knife show we'll have to leave Fran in the car

Only joking Fran!

Here's a Schrade-related knife I picked up at our club meeting yesterday. A simple Kingston Jack, the only mark being the blade etch. I couldn't get the whole etch on the scanner, but it is quite nice and complete.
It is well made but the finishing is quite rudimentary. The blades fit and snap nicely, fortunately. A "budget" knife.

This one belongs here also. A fairly rare Stainless Schrade Cut Co, seen in the 1926 catalog as an SS8813. Stainless steel was not popular in it's early days, so was not likely produced in anywhere near the numbers of regular carbon steel knives.
Picked it up at the P.O. yesterday. I bought it sight unseen from a nice old collector in California. Better than I had hoped! And pretty near 4" long (3 15/16")

I do not usually put on alot of the stuff that continually comes in on post, but I received a call from an old friend and exemployee who with Christmas coming on and things being what they are dug out a few bone Waldens and asked me if I had an interest. I have all these in fact dozens however it has been a while since a handful appeared at once. So before they go in the pile here are some pics. The cell is a John Primble made by Schrade. They are all new unused old stock. LT

Fran, now you're really taking chances, Mike's lurking..........
LT, since you've already got most of those, and they're just going in a pile, I'll be happy to find a cheerful place for them if things get a little crowded over there

Nice!
Got a recent addition myself:

All right! Where are you two ghouling with these deadly puns?
I really can't get in the spirit of this conversation. Your puns are a dead giveaway that you are in grave danger of exhausting your repertoire of puns. You don't have a ghost of a chance of taking this scary conversation further. You know your writings will be entombed for all time in cyberspace and you will be remembered as someone who collected skeleton knives.
Perhaps you should get up from your computer and go out in the shade and get some exorcize!

Yawn!!
Wake up you sleepythread!!
I just bought a small collection of Harness Jacks, plus won one from Ebay, so thought I'd picture them here.
The top one is a pre-Winchester Napanoch, the second is a (Utica-made I think) KeenKutter. Third is a (Ulster-made I think) Wolfertz that is headed to Fran's house!
The last three are variations on Schrade Cut Co Harness Jacks!

I agree Charlie............time to breathe some life into this old thread.
Here are a couple I got recently.
A nice 1983 green bone whittler second, which makes a dandy EDC.
An Open Stock 733 Schrade Walden; a Greens Keeper's knife.

Purtiest Schrade I've gotten off Ebay in a while!
Lookie lookie!!
(scratches are on the scanner glass, and the etch is bright and crisp, unlike the scan; this knife is uber-mint!)
