J, I had one of those and they are really just the perfect jack knife. I tend to carry two folder at all times, usually having a jack as the light duty knife.

Thats what I do, carry two at all times. Although today I had three with that new 73 in my back pocket.
That 77 is a beauty. Looking forward to one of those someday.

Johnny, I'm glad to see you putting those knives to the test, I know I'd feel naked if I didn't have at least one GEC in my pocket....
I carry these right now, it seems once I get one broke in some one else take's a liking to it....and dang it I half to start breaking in another one....

As a matter of fact I have a 2007 Tidiout 73 in my pocket. The main blade is giving me fits cutting paper.
The seconary blade slices paper like a champ!

I'm toting my #98 in white bone and a stag #77.
Both very comfortable knives and I feel I'm pretty well equipped with just these two knives!

I'm having trouble with the EDC part, but this 73 has been my primary carry for the past couple of years.
