John I had just about quit drinking beer for that reason until I discovered the Brown Ale category. Lagers, IPA's, Stouts all made me gag a little bit. I have discovered that you must become very selective though even in this category.
I do keep trying and hoping my taste for beer comes back.

Lots of German beer, food and festivities, they do a 3 day event here and 1:00 yesterday was the special tapping of a beer from Germany made using the 1810 Wedding (which started the first Oktoberfest tradition) Beer recipe, which they gave out for free and it went fast! The Mayor of Leesburg assisted with the tapping, which is supposedly tradition for a mayor to do. There was a live band playing alt-rock (which I enjoy) and dancing on the tables was led by a Döner staff member, no one was injured!
I had #17 in the Hof Brau stein, my brother had the #4 in his Warsteiner stein. Wish I could have tried more on the list! A 16 oz cup was $9, a liter stein fill was $13 so I was just getting the best deal.
