That's a beautiful knife, Joe, carrying it for only a few days might not be long enough! ::tu::

Well, you know I like it, Luke! Enjoy your new knife, buddy, for what it is and for what it isn't! ::nod::

Full aware of what it is, and isn’t. Importantly, quality appears very good. And it wasn’t $200. In fact at that price, I bought two.
Thanks for the heads-up on Chicago Knife, Luke, I'll check it out!
I hope you don't feel I was dissing your new knife in any way, it was strictly an observation, I totally agree quality is everything. Anytime one can secure a knife they like for a price they're happy with, they ought to buy two, like you did! Are they both blue? You actually read quite often about guys wishing they had bought more copies of a knife they already have, either for price or quality reasons.
As far as I'm concerned, ya done good! ::handshake::

Beautiful folder, Kerry, is that the Case "Tribal Lock" model? If so, it's the only Case knife I find attractive upon first viewing, probably cuz it has features I look for, the most important being the spear point blade.
You've really been killin' it with your knife posts, buddy, please keep going, and HTGiving! ::handshake::

LOL.....Most of the people I associate with call me Poppy bc I took my grands to the woods, then took their kids with my grands to the woods on missions!! I do have a list and it's just shy of 100 kids....some of the parents I've never met. That hiking stick was a gift from one of the parents who's kid
has been on numerous missions and camping trips with me.

No offense taken MM. I’m satisfied with the knife, and got another one for cousin—who needs to have a knife on him more often, AFAIC…. I do my research, check on a few things and if I find out what I need to know—I’m happy.
Now I’m trying to learn more about Italian and German autos—so I can step up a level and know what I’m doing.

I know they are controversial and many people don't like them, but I have one and I drag it out now and then and carry it. The Case Russlock in blue bone.
