This is what I carry more often when out quail hunting, Them there Gamble's quail are runners you never know if they might just charge at you head on... if my shotgun jams, I need some heavy-duty back-up... If it came down to a "life or death" attack out there in the bush....

This is one beautiful knife, David, I couldn't make out the stamps, but you revealed them further on and it's from a maker I'm not familiar with, but he sure makes great knives! You must think so too, since you posted it all by itself instead of your usual twosome where a second knife can be distracting, very clever indeed!
