Some blades slope up and some blades slope down but they both made fine knives. You've got both bases covered.

Really need to get one on order. The regular Para 3 (mine's the blackout, S30V model--got it for under $50 as a factory second when they did the 2021 seconds sale online) is just about right for my needs, but just a bit too heavy.

Congratulations on getting such a good deal on a Para 3. I had what I think is (or used to be) the standard model with black G10 and S45VN. I liked it a lot too but I sold it a few years ago because I couldn’t seem to get the action adjusted the way I like it. I like it just a tad bit tighter than drop shutty and I couldn’t get that dialed in.

I was very happy when my Para 3 pictured above arrived exactly how I like it right out of the box. I did not expect that. It’s my favorite one hand opening knife. They really nailed it with the Para 3’s.

Toting another Case Cheetah today. Kentucky Bluegrass Second Cut Bone. I took the guard off this one, as I felt it got in my way. I got a new Cheetah, i posted the other day that i left the guard on. I carry this one quite a bit. I've had it over 10 years. I use it and keep the newer one put up, to carry occassionally.
