hey gang just got back from the flea market and found a nice 33-35 remington barlow 9505 in excellent shape, remington in the circle with made in usa around circle.there is some light scratching on the main blade, and the pen blade(looks like poor effort at sharpening but could easily be removed) . scales are perfect, and blades have great snap here are a few pics.

Worst knife day at the flea market ever!
The only knife worth buying was this cheap thing but for a buck I couldnt walk by it. It actually is made fairly solid. A very strong snap to it. Holster is even decently put together. Go figure??
Any one know the age of this one???? I am thinkin 70's ??

Prob my 7th or 8th Case xx Copperlock
Gino,
I am a new member and you've already helped me learn something. I bought this knife a few years ago and I thought it was still pretty new but I just read where they sold it in 1997 and retired it in 2008 so I guess that makes mine worth more!

Bladeguy, what knife are you talking about??
Do you have a pice of the knife and the tang? If so we can tell you the exact year it was made?

I was at a knife auction today and bought a few that I didn't even know I was in the market for...
I think the only place you can find really nice knives like this anymore is through an auction or at least in California because they don't really much at the Flea Markets. That large (Case Hunter?) is a beautiful knife and what a find!

I'd call that a Wharncliff pen knife. Whatever, it's a nice old knife.
