Do you mean the Schrade 25OT, the 2 blade folding hunter?
The blade configuration on that knife looks more like the Imperial Frontier 4625 with the drop point blade. I should have paid more attention to the blades when I gave you my first answer.
Camillus, Imperial & Schrade, made the Frontier line. I don’t think they each made all patterns but they each made some of the patterns. When these were introduced (mid-1970s) Schrade & Imperial were part of IKCO. So back to your original question, I would say most likely IKCO did make the knife. Albert Baer owned Camillus then too, and there was a lot of cross manufacturing going on between his companies.

The Frontier Series were very well made knives.
I have a number of them.
Schrade dropped the Frontier Series about 1985, except for the All Americans, (1985-1989). While Schrade was part of Imperial Knife Associated Companies since 1947, it was owned by Albert Baer. In 1983 Albert Baer bought out all the remaining stock in Imperial and it became a privately held company. The Frontier Series was discontinued in 1985 & they introduced the 3 Frontier All American patterns. There is speculation that that the main Frontier Series was dropped because it was too much direct competition with the Old Timer line, which by this time was the mainstay of Schrade’s line.
The Frontier brand was subsequently taken to Ireland to be made there as an economy line.

Here are a group of the old solid bolster Imperial knives. There is one example marked "IKCo", it's the one that the seller called "Guernsey Cow" and I can't really think of a better name for the handle material (it's the black and white knife for those who are farm animal challenged). The red dogleg jack is marked with the old arched Imperial marking. My personal favorite is the red and cream colored handled knife (middle knife in the first picture), this knife is mint and the colors are really rich in person.

Here's something I just saw on eBay. I had never seen this before. Imperial shell utility knife with a glass cutting tool. I wouldn't pay $26 for a shell, even if it does have free shipping but I thought the knife intriguing.
Sellers description: and carbide, glass cutting wheel on a glass breaker, blade is 1-1/8", and this is what makes it rare.
