I realized I haven't posted any knives in this thread.

Here's a very early Remington Orange Blossom.

Here is a Robeson Orange Blossom.

Here is a Eskilstuna lobster.

Joe - Those are all real beauties - nice group of knives ... Remington engraving in MOP is cool... The lobster from Eskilstuna is nice and to my eye a unique pattern as a Swedish knife, but I’m far being knowledgeable on those knives - I wonder if that is the makers initials within the Eskilstuna stamp?? ..

The Eskilstuna is a unique pattern with that cut out for the file. I have wondered about that stamp too but never researched it.

Interesting, almost all the knives in this thread are pearls. Here are a couple I think fit.

Joe... you have a really cool collection of lobsters... It's becoming one of my favorite patterns & as I add to my collection, I'm also discovering the most popular scales used on the pattern is the MoP. In fact, in a local antique shop, a little while ago, I found this nearly mint (appears unused) Schrade Cut. Co. So it's time to bump up this thread.

Thanks Dan;I just wish I could get it repaired.The only real thing wrong with it is the tang on the master blade is worn badly allowing the blade to sit proud.Repairing it would be chancey at best as the pearl would likely crack.

Very impressive collection you have there Ray! I totally understand about wishing a knife was in a bit better condition than it is in. I have a few like that... but... they are what they are... someone's favorite pocket companion throughout the years...
