25 here this morning and that's the high for today. Colder tonight and tomorrow. Then 60's and rain by the weekend

It is -11 with a windchill of -36 right now. I hate winter!

-18º as we speak (0736) and hey Tim, -11º is supposed to be our high for today. Poor old furnace is just bustin' it's butt, trying to satisfy the thermostat setting.

I let my dog out for a minute a while ago, i'm pretty sure he was cussin me.

18" here since late Saturday night still snowing can't even tell I shoveled yesterday now it's supposed to get below 0* by late afternoon

Got to 68 yesterday, 60 at bed time, this morning it's 32 and still falling. Northwest wind at about 20mph. Strange to read "Freeze Warning" till noon here in the panhandle of Florida. I know it doesn't compare to y'all that are having a "real" winter with the snow, blizzards, lake effect snow, etc...but goodness sakes, it's cold to me! Come next summer when we're knee deep in mosquitoes, 'gators and 98% humidity, y'all be sayin' "Why do them folks live down there?"

LOL, today it was a high of 13 here in Nashville TN. Lightly snowed overnight last night and tomorrow calling for a high of 20 and then a gradual warming trend thru the rest of the week,,,,,mostly dark at night tho.

The high here in South Central Kentucky was 5°, right now at 6:09 its 3° and we're supposed to be below 0° tonight. We got rain yesterday, that froze, and then 1/2 inch or so of snow on top of that.

It's cold and slick here.

Too Cold in the Deep South

2300 and it's -12º

At 0630 it was 14°, that is pretty cold for eastern NC - schools and garbage pickup are on a two hour delay this morning. OH

Jerry thanks for the special computer characters chart you posted last month - I've found it works in Microsoft Word too.

I remember walking to school up in illinoise and they never called of school for cold or snow
