Vit I was thinking the same thing. The stamps look to have been made with a pantograph and really don't match the old 3 line stamp from 1917. We need a clear photo all tangs.Vit_213 wrote:It looks too good and I doubt that this is really an full old knife.

WVbladetrade that patent number checks out. Granted to Moritz Mayer of Camillus Cutlery Co. I hope you will forgive my skepticism but you don't often see an old knife in that kind of condition.
