Keen Kutter was first used as a knife brand by Simmons Hardware Company in 1870. The trademark was used on the highest quality tools and cutlery Simmons offered.

I’m going to do a light refurbish job on this old Keen Kutter tool case and use it as a knife box…

Here’s a couple close-ups of two EC Simmons keen cutters… Two of my favorites… The little cigarette cutter is also marked on the tiny bail loop with an 18 karat gold plating marking, never seen another one like it except a picture online From a jewelry store’s website years ago.. The salesman‘s suitcase needs heavily refurbished..I might do it myself or I might pay somebody to do it, still looking into it..I’ll post close-ups of some of my other ones some other time

You have some interesting looking Keen Kutters, Stanwade! ::tu:: I don't know if you have a copy of Alvin Sellens Guide to Keen Kutter Pocket Knives? It is a great book, if you collect Keen Kutters. I rely on it fairly heavily.
According to Sellens, your cigar cutter was only in the Simmons catalogs from 1918 thru to 1920. The ebony coke bottle jack with the sabre ground main blade is a very nice pattern! ::tu::

Dan—- Does that book list values also? Just curious what that cigarette/cigar cutter would be worth

Sellens' book does list values, although I do not really put too much stock in them. The book was published in 2004. He says his prices are for knives in excellent condition: handles complete, no cracks or chips; up to 10% blade wear; all parts intact; all blades have snap; may have been cleaned and/or buffed, may have discolouration of the blades; stamping clearly visible; no evidence of repair. He gives your cigar cutter a value of $70, based on the above. In the end, it is worth what someone will give you for it. Members here will tell you to check sold listings on ebay to find the value of a knife. However, you are not likely to find many like that one on ebay.
