We see a little gray fox (or two) behind the fence in our backyard about once or twice a week. My wife has to scare him off before we let the dogs out. We also catch them on our games cameras out behind the house.
A couple of weeks ago one walked right up onto our front porch at about 3 in the morning and the Ring doorbell recorded a nice little video of him. Here's a still from the video.

I need to break down and get a trail camera, my neighbor has one and he gets pictures of foxes, coons, deers and coyotes and such all the time.
Couple of photos of my newest wild critter. Looks like a miniature black bear.

bighomer, did you ever figure out what the black critter is?
I hadn't been to lease property since before Christmas, so today we refilled the feeder and scattered a bit of corn on the ground. If we ever get the proper wind we'll try to hunt this site. When the feed ran out the deer activity slowed down in front of the camera. I did get a bunch of picture of the good one I showed earlier in December. Who knows if he is still around? I love to have a look at him during shooting hours.

- Is one needs to take a ride in the back of my ol' Ford truck.

The sly brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.
It didn't get above 27Β° today but I still did an ATV ride on the mountain. Not a creature was stirring . . . except for me.
